How it works

  1. Order a site in the customer portal: new or existing VRF, one or two CPEs, options, shipping address.
  2. Provisioning. We allocate the VRF, the site's VLANs and prefixes and pre-configure the CPE. The site appears in the portal as ordered.
  3. Shipping and installation. The CPE ships pre-configured (shipped). Connect WAN to your internet line and LAN to your switch, power on, confirm in the portal (installed).
  4. Activation. The CPE brings up the IPsec tunnel to our PE; routing is established in your VRF. When tunnel, routing and reachability checks pass, the site turns active.
  5. Operation. Configuration changes go through the portal or a ticket; we apply them centrally. Firmware and security updates are rolled out by us.

Redundant sites run two CPEs with automatic failover between two lines; an ISP outage on one line does not interrupt the site.
