Egress	no ratio to stored volume, no monthly cap; billed per GB in volume tiers, see Billing
Request rate	per-user and per-bucket request-rate limits exist; sustained bursts get 503 SlowDown, open a ticket for higher limits
Signing	SigV4 only; every header you send must be in SignedHeaders, including Content-Type

Cancellation

An account can be cancelled once its bucket is empty: no objects, versions, delete markers or incomplete multipart uploads. Locked versions cannot be removed before their retention date; the account stays active and billed until then.
