ZERO-Z3 with TrueNAS¶

TrueNAS syncs datasets to ZERO-Z3 with a Cloud Sync Task on an S3 credential.

Credential¶

Credentials → Backup Credentials → Cloud Credentials → Add

Provider:           Amazon S3
Access Key ID:      YOUR_ACCESS_KEY
Secret Access Key:  YOUR_SECRET_KEY
Endpoint URL:       https://fra.s3.zeroservices.eu
Region:             zero-fra2

TrueNAS cloud credential for ZERO-Z3

Regions: zero-fra1 (fra1.s3.zeroservices.eu), zero-fra2 (fra.s3.zeroservices.eu), zero-eyl1 (eyl1.s3.zeroservices.eu). Keys come from the customer portal.

Cloud Sync Task¶

Data Protection → Cloud Sync Tasks → Add

Credential:   the credential above
Bucket:       my-bucket
Folder:       optional prefix
Direction:    PUSH
Transfer:     SYNC or COPY
Schedule:     as needed
